General Assembly
General Assembly is the supreme governing body of Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It is the main source of legitimacy and unites representatives from all regions of Georgia. The General Meeting is composed of the delegates who are elected according to the Administrative-Territorial arrangement. Until territorial integrity of Georgia is restored, the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia and Tskhinvali regions are represented by two delegates each.
The Council of GCCI
The Council is the main policy-making body of the Chamber. It is composed of various business unions, associations and the President of the Chamber. The number of Council members should not be less than ten. The structure of the Council ensures the participation of the Georgian Business sector in formation of the policies of GCCI and its daily activities, therefore it is an effective platform for coordination and dialogue.
Currently, the Council is composed of 38 members.
